I attended a presentation given by Dr.Hayden and found her information on eating healthy was much more realistic and interesting than others. And I found Dr. Hayden was also knowledgeable and well versed about different food choices for many food allergies and sensitivities.

I decided to try a consultation with Dr. Hayden with three goals in mind - lose weight, have better choices for snacks and meals, and decrease my cholesterol and LDL. After a few months, I have achieved all three goals. Though the cholesterol and LDL could be a little better, my doctor is surprised and happy with how much they were lowered.

Dr. Hayden kept a close look at my weekly food intake, exercise and weight and then offered a variety of better choices which were realistic and affordable. Dr. Hayden provided frequent follow-up checks and interesting articles and recipes.

I was very happy with the service and would recommend trying the consultation to see if you can reach your goals, too.

I highly recommend Dr Joanna Hayden. I have learned so much from her and have had great success in my over all health,and weight loss.

She is also working with my daughter and she has experienced the same success.
It was a real pleasure to work with Dr. Hayden.

Dear Dr. Hayden:

I wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for changing my life. Like many people, I have struggled with weight control throughout my adult life. A quick diet here, some pseudo-fasting there only provided small, temporary results. Your guidance taught me how to approach food and exercise. The best part is that your program is not a diet (which we know never works). My mind now instinctually knows what to eat, when to eat and it’s effortless. I have averaged a pound a week weight loss (23 pounds to date) and I love the new me. I also love all of the compliments from friends and family that I have received. I still have a few more pounds to go but I know I will get there and more importantly maintain my new weight for the rest of my life. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
